SECURITY DEPOSIT:
To secure your reservation, a refundable security deposit of 1,000 PHP is required. This deposit will be returned upon checkout if there is no damage or loss. Please note that cancellations or changes are not possible, and the reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. Full payment is due on or before check-in.
POOL ACCESS:
Pool access is available at 150 PHP per person per day on regular days and 300 PHP per person per day on holidays.
Pool hours: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
SWIMMING ATTIRE:
Please ensure that you wear proper swimming attire, such as swimsuits, swimming trunks, rashguards, or board shorts.
PAY PARKING AVAILABLE:
Overnight parking is available at 300 PHP. However, parking is subject to availability. If you require parking, please inform us in advance.
GUEST ID REQUIREMENT:
All guests must bring and send a valid ID for registration.
UPON CHECK-IN, ALL GUESTS MUST SURRENDER THEIR ID TO THE LOBBY IN EXCHANGE FOR A VISITOR'S PASS
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ENTIRE UNIT
STRICTLY NO VISITORS OR PETS ALLOWED
STRICTLY NO ENTRY WITHOUT SURRENDERING ID AT THE LOBBY
STRICTLY NO CHANGES TO GUEST NAMES ONCE GAF IS ISSUED
